I've always thought Electrical Engineering is the toughest among groups...
Although Electrical Engineering also splits into subs...such as Controls, RF, Digital, etc.
Aeronautical deals with alots of theoretical stuff but mingles with Controls...
Mechanical deals with as the name suggests...you'll learn alots of Drafting tools...
Civil deals with physical structures...so you'll deal with statics and mechanics...
Chemical deals with as the name suggests...a fine blend of chemistry...organic particular and nuclear as well...

chemical engineering if u are into thermodynamics, processes, pharmeceutical manufacturing. It's like an industralized version of those mini experiements in labs. It's more about optimizing the processes.
bioengineering if u are into stuff like the equipment used in surgery, chemotherapy, transplants etc.
