Which is the non sticky material?
I am working in a packaging industry. In our sealing machine we are sealing foils. Every half an hour the poly is getting occumulated in sealing jaws. Is there any secial material is available which will not stick with poly while sealing the foil.
Answer:
Teflon might work for your application, if sealing temperature is low enough (below, say, 200C). Another possible approach would be to spray some mold release material on the jaws periodically, you could do it manually or automatically.
What are the jaws currently made of?
What's the sealing temperature?
That's a big problem and I idon't know about any material for your need.
i don't know about changing the packaging, but you might be able to change the jaws to teflon or acetal which will not stick. certain coated metals won't either
