What kind of engineering do I have to study to be Studio & Broadcast Engineer ?

If you just want to press buttons, In most cases you won't need a high-profile degree.

Most people working for communications have a diploma/.egree in Communications & Multimedia.

Universities and colleges "brand" such programs differently.
Check out those university websites and see if they offer such programs

If you are interested in Engineering and want to work in the field of Tele-Communications, then its electrical-engineering.

You can go for Engineering Physics as well but it goes in to greater detail in physics, materials engineering and mechanical engineering.
MAybe sound/light engineering?
research each to see if it is what you are looking for.
You will need a little acoustics so you can debug mechanical problems with the surfaces in the recording studio, as well as some electrical/electronic/radio engineering so you understand how signals propagate down cables and what can go wrong there, as well as troubleshoot and repair the recording equipment amplifiers, mixers, and so on.
