What is atomic level difference in conduction of ac & dc?

Answer:
Nothing, the current flow going through wires is the only difference, like an alternator "alternating current" making it AC or a battery with DC current, the metals still conduct, sending electrons to the highest potential...The only difference is the polarity, nothing to do with the structural content of the transmitting device...hopefully a wire, and not you!!
basically the current transfer is same as it is the movement of electrons, but the polarity changes in AC. the intensity of current transfer is more in DC circuit
What the devil is potamal s talking about?

"the intensity of current transfer is more in DC circuit" is complete rubbish. It makes neither technical nor grammatical sense.

The intensity of any current is measured in amperes, designated by the upper case letter I (for intensity).
