Engineering assessment for a apprenticeship?

Could anyone tell how hard this is? and what type questions there will be in the assesentment as i will be shorty taking this

Answer:
It depends on the type of apprenticeship (Craft or Technician). The tests are designed to test your English spelling and grammar and simple mathematical exercises. For example, the word apprenticeship starts with a vowel and the article preceding this word must be 'an' and not 'a' (an apprenticeship). You should be able to do addition, subtraction, multiplication and division without using a calculator. You should also be able to solve simple equations such as 5x - 5 = 25 calculate the value of x. You should also be able to draw graphs and read values from the graphs.
Its probably about solving problems. Have a look on the internet at reasoning tests and iq tests and practice them
when i did this (10 years ago) it was a 25 question multiple choice paper that asked questions covering basic maths, physics and electrical knowledge.
