Is it possible to do a master in Aerospace engineering with a Mechanical engineering degree?
Answer:
Very definitely. The university you choose will determine what, if any, undergrad prereqs you'll need. Negotiate as much as possible to eliminate the need for prereqs.
Yes. In fact, I am currently at the University of Florida pursuing a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, and my undergraduate degree was in Mathematics. If your passion is aerospace, then you can make it happen, regardless of what your undergrad studies were in. Granted, will probably be expected to have a bit higher undergrad GPA if you hope to get into a program that was not directly related to your field of study. But what you'll find is that many universities have a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department, in which case you apply as a Mechanical Engineering student and then end up taking course work on the aero side. Once you're in, they can't tell you what you can or can't take. Hope this helps.
SURE
No, only the smart can do that.
