What is woolaway construction and what problems can occur with it?
Answer:
I remember putting up some Woolaway Bungalows, It was a sectional building constructed in a factory and assembled on a prepared base. It was cedar clad and also had Cedar shingles on the roof. I do not know if they are still going as it was 50 years ago when I had the contract. The Bungalows are still there but I would imagine they would now require some serious maintenance. I remember they had problems with condensation and we had to drill some drain holes in the window cills and insert copper pipes to drain outside.
