To all those who wrote engg entrance exams..n r now pursuing BE\B.Tech??
a.comp sc at SRM Chennai
b.haryana counselling...i will go 4 it if i get CSE,IT,ECE at murthal or ymca(is it gud???)
c.IP.my rank is 3217..i suppose that if i want a mediocre colg under IP i would hav 2 settle with mechanical.
d fee in SRM is very high(1.5 lahks...tution fee).though i can manage it n also luk for options like scholarship...but i feel i might settle with b n c options.
d wst case is doin mech at a mediocre IP colg....i dont know if i might get cse at a gud place under IP??
so i wanna ask..that in this wst possible case...what type of subjects r there in first yr engg???
i hav heard that d subjects r quite elementry like phy...chem..maths etc??
is it possible that if i want..and am willing to put in that extra toil n hard work....is it possible to along side prepare n practise 4 exams...not iit but aiee,bitsat n cee??

I am from Chennai.. SRM is the last option for students in and around this place because there have been lots of controversies surrounding the college regarding its accreditation and stuff..
I am doing my engg in NIT Trichy and there's loads of time wherever you are to be the topper of your college as well as prepare for other entrance exams..
Why the hell you are gonna drop if, you don't give IIT. Give all entrance exams....or just get into SRM Chennai and do ur 4 years.
