How we can calculate the electrical equivalent of a single-phase transformer with 1 primary and 2 sec. coils?

Hi! This question comes from a Greek University. The professor asks from the students to calculate the electrical equivalent of a single-phase transformer with one primary and two secondary coils. Any ideas? Thanks for attention!

Why wouldn't they simply behave like two transformers in parallel?
