What electronic devices are small but take a really powerful battery I need somthng small that gets huge volts

Answer:
Battery operated devices that require high voltage use an inverter or boost converter circuit to step up the voltage. A camera flash is one device that does that. Before transisors, vacuum tube radios in automobiles contained an electromechanical vibrator that performed that function.

I think you would be best off looking to the high performance radio control hobby market for such batteries. The best available are Lithium Polymer.

google thunderpower batteries.

What you are looking for is not just volts. You sound like you are looking for something that will deliver high current (AMPS).

The LiPo's are the lightest available and can be configured to deliver up to 60 Amps. Model Airplanes have been built weighing less that ten pounds that are capable of hitting speeds of 160 MPH.
