Where can I purchase a power amplifier of 1000 Watts for 250 - 500 KH frequency?

Need some amplifiers to drive a loaded transformer circuit.

Do a Google search for both of the part numbers shown below. Either one just barely meets your spec with a maximum freq of 250KHz @ 1100W. Much other of the gear of this type is going to run higher power than you've requested and set you back more than you'd want to pay. The mfgr is Electronic Navigation Industries -- about who you'd expect when you get down into this VLF/LF stuff.

Don't be surprised at a $4,000 ~ $4,500 price tag.
