Can any 1 tel me some methods of self protection.?

i m a 5'6" tall average built male and a lot of people try to bully me, i want to teach them all a lesson but my physique doesn't allow me to do so.so can somebody pls tel me about some non leathal weapon or spray or things like that , which can b used from 2-3 feet of distance and the person in front of me, will b completely incapacitated for sometime, say 5 min only

Answer:
Try an extending self-defense baton.
pepper spray or mace.
Pepper spray is probably your best option. If you really want the lesson to be learned, follow up the pepper spray with a kick to the knee. Also, the physical contact can give satisfaction that you will miss with just the pepper spray. Of course, as a first option I'd recommend avoiding the physical confrontation, but if that isn't possible this would be a good second choice.

or jojetso
Trying to teach them a lesson is merely bullying back. Walk away. For repeat offenders, use your camera phone and run away.
