I saw a h.f weldig system tube mill that can make steel tube ( but not stainless steel) from16 to 50mm with wall thickness 0.8 to 1.5mm . For making stainless steel tube does it need any special equipment or with the same system can do?

It may not have an equivalent capability range with stainless as with carbon steel, but most likely you can use the same system. There are some additional challenges to deal with, however. I'd suggest talking to the folks who posted the article below.
