How do I use TTL and CMOS together?

How do I use TTL outputs to drive CMOS inputs and vice versa?

Answer:
CMOS will easily drive TTL inputs, to drive CMOS inputs with TTL you would typically add a pull-up resistor to the input, works especially well if you are using open collector outputs.
74HCT will interface directly with 74LS. Otherwise you need a buffer.
