How earthing is provided between railway track and main line?

Answer:
You need to be a bit more precise. Which type of railway and what do you mean by "main line"?

A non electrified railway doesn't need to worry about earthing. An electrified railway will ground the running rails at regular intervals.
because earthing is on the earth.hahahaha how is my answer..must be sweet and short.
If the power is supplied through lines above the trains the grounding is accomplished through the rails.
If the track is the source of power, then the grounding is through the motor to the rails.
