How can i find scholarships in uk or in eu countries?

Answer:
Depends on what you plan to study. You should start by looking at your planned University, to see what bursaries they offer. Then look to the official body for your discipline; so if you are looking to do medicine, look first to the British Medical Association and even if they did not offer any scholarships, could point you in the direction of where to find some money, then you should look at any speciality field; so look to the Royal College of Surgeons if you are planning on becoming a surgeon; that kind of thing generally applies only to postgrad courses though.

Generally, I would to the Economic and Social Research Council if you are planning on taking an arts or humanities course:

Where you can find funding (in the UK) depends on whether you are a Brit studying here or come from abroad. It is not to your disadvantage coming from abroad. Some alumni set up scholarships from those coming from their own countries or you can get money from your home government. Another source of funding is the British Council:

Can you give a bit more info on what you are planning on doing?
Apparently if you study in Sweden, you hardly pay any fees and you can apply for all sorts of grants. But be quick before they plug the hole.
