I chose Biomedical on top because you have to be good at not just regular engineering but also biology, chemistry and medicine.
Industrial is like 50% engineering and 50% accounting and management.
They are all equally complex and you may dive as deep as you want into their difficult subfields, but its really about you, though. What kind of person are you and what do you find interesting?
The first two years of college for each of these fields are the exact same. Its the last two years of college that diverge into their respected fields. I'm assuming you're asking this question because you are starting school soon so I recommend you start school and decide in your sophomore year. Trust me. Make sure that your school accepts the credits in all the majors before you start though.
