What fuels and chemical processes do we use to power our lives today?



Answer:
Gasoline and diesel are used in combustion in transportation.
Gas is used to heat up our stoves. In case of electrical powered stoves, the electricity is generated by means of combustion of fuels like coal, oil, gas etc.

Fission process is used in Nuclear Power Plants to generate electricity.

We also use batteries everyday in watches, cars, torches etc. In batteries electrochemical processes are going on.
