I have a project that i have to do about power companys, so can anyone give me some questions to ask about electricity. I really need 10 questions though.

Answer:
How much energy is wasted sending power of the power lines?
Why did they pick/use 110-120 ac volts for home use in the U.S but not the E.U?
How can you start your own power company(ie selling power back to the grid)?
What month uses the most power and why?
How many people are killed or hurt a year by electricity.?
What happens when a power line when it falls/breaks?
How much power is used in the day ver the night?
What type of power generation are they using and why are they usinge that type?

5. Why doesn't lightning blow up everything in a house when it hits power lines.

11. what is a Van de Graff generator.
