if i attached 4 conductors to neg side of dc source to loads and 4 wires to positive side of dc source to loads will each conductor have same voltage and milliamps coming from source to loads

As long as you attach each conductor to all of the loads, you will have the same voltage in each conductor. They will effectively act like one large conductor. If you divide the conductors between different loads, then you must balance the loads to achieve the same voltage.
