For correct sizing first of all you have not spelled out the volume of milk that you wish to chill on daily ( unless other periodicity is desired ) basis ; secondly you have to spell out the temperature of incoming milk - which can vary depending upon your procurement channels ; thirdly you have to spell out the refrigeration system, whether you are going for air cooled or water cooled - if air cooled, pl spell out the ambient temperature range. Some other info also is required, but this is just the basic.
