I need to size refrigeration equipment for walk-in chiller store keeping milk at 3 degrees celcus?

The chillstore size is 10 mtr x 10 mtr x 2 mtr high it will have three 1 mtr sliding doors, the chill store construction will be 4 inch polystyrene panels, the refrigerant will R404A. the box will be built on a un-insulated concrete floor, what size equipment will i need to keep this chillstore @ 3 degrees celcus

For correct sizing first of all you have not spelled out the volume of milk that you wish to chill on daily ( unless other periodicity is desired ) basis ; secondly you have to spell out the temperature of incoming milk - which can vary depending upon your procurement channels ; thirdly you have to spell out the refrigeration system, whether you are going for air cooled or water cooled - if air cooled, pl spell out the ambient temperature range. Some other info also is required, but this is just the basic.
