How does changing the molecular weight distribution after the processability of the plastic?

Answer:
I assume you mean "affect" the processing? What kind of "processing" did you have in mind?

Clearly, longer chain polymers and shorter chain polymers are going to have different melt points for starters -- so all other things being equal, a mix with a great number of shorter chains will have a substantially lower melt point.

If "processing" includes machining after molding, the difference in melt points will also change how you have to treat them in that area as well.
