Enter robot wars?

How can i enter robot wars someone please reply i really wanna know coz i have a robot ready and i need to know how much it would cost for these parts:
Body: Wedge Dome
Locomotion: 2X Tank tracks
Power: Kestral K13 "samson"
Drive: Drakon Vlast X6
Weapons: pneumatic pick axe, Spinning disk
Armour: Titanium
Extra GB flag X 2

robot wars and battlebots are off tv now. but there are plenty of hobbyists competeing amongst themselves and at sponsored competitions. most of it follows the Robot Fighting League rules

I don't think they make it any more. In fact, it stopped being made in 2003. Sorry. :|
