How do you make and design a 2 liter water rocket go higher?



Answer:
put something heavy (like clay) at the nose of the rocket. also, give it a more pointed nose and fins at the bottom of the bottle. dont fill the bottle with too much or too little of water. it should be either 1/3 or 1/2 full.
