i now i heard from my uncle he says i must get the chargeman licence after i graduate because this work is easy and the elaun is so high .ok just now i want to know why the chargeman is so importance as my uncle says .

Well ask your uncle which "chargeman" he means:
1) The guy responsible for blowing up things with dynamite, or
2) The guy responsible for the safety of electrical installation
Both are called chargemen.
I think your uncle may be a bit biased towards a certain job.
ANY job is "important" in its own way, and can pay good "elaun" if you do it well.
Ask 10 more people, and you will get 10 different answers.
