HI! I am very interested in the hydrostar hho system developed by Mr. Powers of Glendale AZ. I have a plan he designed to create an HHO system that your car can run on HHO in lie or with standard gas. The proplem is finding the material to purchase for the HydroStar Generator. Can anyone help me with a parts list and where the material can be purchase for a single unit?

Sorry to break the bad news, but hydrostar is a complete and utter scam. Let me be clear - it's a fraud, a racket, a cheat. And the guy who's trying to peddle it should be arrested, convicted and put in prison. He makes money by misleading people into buying plans requiring parts that don't exist (whence your question).
If you want good mileage, get a diesel Jetta - it gets 50 miles to the gallon.
