What is the use of Control Systems in Power Plant Automation?

Answer:
well the controls system should monitor all the startup and shutdown conditions of the generator, it should monitor / permit synchronization of the generator as going online, it should monitor efficiency/load, it could monitor mechanical systems like bearings, etc for vibration/temperature, etc.

kindof like saying what is your brain used for in your body. controls systems of some type are used in most machinery.
