IIT-JEE is the entrance exam to the 7 IITs located in India. It is said to be the world's toughest exam and it requires absolute dedication for 1-2 years. Around lakhs of students give this exam every year and only 4000-5000 students get called for counselling. This year 7200 students were called for counselling.
The only things that can get you through this exam are self-confidence and hard work.
AIEEE is the All India Enginnering Entrance Examination. It is conducted by CBSE ( Central Board of Secondary Education).
It gives access to almost all the engineering colleges in India. It is easier than IIT-JEE, but you shouldn't take it easily. If, you get a good rank then you can get into some good regional colleges and some well known NITs as well.

to take admission itn iit you have to appear in iit jee its a entrance exam for all iit in india. there's two phase one is pt second is mains you have to clear both. now you have just 2 chance for iit jee one as appearing candidate and one after 12 exam maximum of 1 year gap.where as aieee is combined engineering examination for many top level colleges in india there is not any limited attempt type rule on it.
