roorkee is in haridwar distt. of uttarakhand. saharanpur is in up and is 40 km. from roorkee
As long as you have the IIT label, why do you need to worry about the campus my friend.
Better go there and see it yourself if you seriously want to get admitted there. I say its good; but why would you believe me !
