How can i make a tuned circuit using an IC?

Answer:
Same as previous answer. You can create a tunable oscillator from an IC.

------
I've often used 4011 chips for low frequency oscillators to drive stepper motors, etc.

At the link below, you'll see how a 4011 can be used as a "tuned" circuit. The oscillator is adjustable using the pot (R) that sits between the two gates and ground.
