My AIEEE 2007 All India Rank is 3185. What must be my college priority list ??

My AIEEE 2007 All India Rank is 3185.
I want to study Computer science (CS) or Information Technology (IT).

1.What colleges should I give priority to during counselling ?

The colleges that I have shortlisted are the following. How do I arrange them in order of preference.
a). NITs – Trichy, Warangal, Surathkal & VNIT (Nagpur), Allahabad, Jaipur
b). IIIT Allahabad(main campus) & IIIT Hyderabad

I have already got admission to Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information & Communication Technology(DAIICT). Which of the above colleges are better than DAIICT ?
