no with commerce u cant but u can do bca and then mca which r also very demanding
it was possible 25 years ago, as its common to be able to teach one how to get your own programs for your accounts etc
No. it is not possible in recognized engineering colleges. but you can do in institutes like NIIT, Aptech, SSI etc (if you are in India). They will take anybody and training them in software.
But whether you will get a job after that or not, i have no idea.
