How can i join any professional organization like IEEE without having cradit card?

i am electrical maintenance engineer in a leading firm in power sector, but posted at remote place.

Print out the application form and mail it in with a check or money order.

Do you have a debit card? Many of those have a Visa or Mastercard logo and can be submitted like a credit card.
