I do it to nearly every baby i come across on my travels to see if they laugh, smile or just gurgle.

Can't remember when it was, but I remember it was pretty funny- the lady stuck her tongue out back as well, and I gave her a little nod of recognition- she began to apologise though, and I'm not sure why- either she didn't realise that I'd stuck my tongue out first, a kind of subliminal thing, or she thought I was someone else, or something... <chuckles>
