The GW Revolutionary Front has already drawn battle plans at $50 a ton of CO2. With annual production in excess of 20 Gt, that's more than a trillion dollars of revenue vaporized from the economy - EVERY YEAR. That's if they stick to their estimates. Experts have already estimated that taxes will have to be 5 times that in order to achieve even modest CO2 emissions reform.

Our plan started back in the 1960's when scientists first began reseraching global warming... we thought, "HEY, wouldnt it be great to trick people into thinking that vaporizing coal and oil would SOMEHOW pollute the atmosphere?" I mean, it's a stretch to think that hundreds of billions of automobiles would have ANY effect on the environment, BUT luckily there's people who actually believe us!! How stupid are they?! MUWAHAHAHA!
My fellow conspirators and I even got President Bush Senior to believe it! As well as ALL of the world's government scientists too. It's been 50 years and although we haven't figured out where the profit is in all of this lying , it's gotta be there somewhere, right? I mean, since you're such a genius, maybe you could suggest the profit in lying about the need for a cleaner environment as well as less dependence on foreign oil. Making up all these bogus studies aint cheap and I gotta get paid, man! The real victims in all of this are those poor, honest, god-fearing people at ExxonMobil. They put so much work into making us a gluttony of energy. Real charity workers, those oil and coal companies.

Honestly if you aren't going to believe that global warming is happening your a complete idiot. What "profits" are the economist making? NONE. They are trying to help our world. Haven't you seen the signs? huricana katrina.. california's 120 weather which has never happened before. melting icecaps. beautiful ice covered mountains that dont have ice on them anymore. coral reefs dying.. thats just some of it. get a reality check buddy.
I'm doing my part, few months ago bought a brand new car with a V-8 engine. Sure is comfortable cruising down the freeway in that powerful machine. Solid 18-20 MPG in a mix of city / highway. Haven't gotten it to 100 like Al Whore III however.
