Why is the acacia seen as endangered?
Answer:
I was not aware that the Acacia was seen as endangered. Fortunately they are very easy to grow from seed. Many years ago I did some research on a biochemical process in Acacias. I grew the Acacia seedlings that I needed from seed that I collected from adult Acacias.
It would be very easy to collect seed from Acacias considered endangered. They are Easy to grow and thrive in a wide range of environments.
I hate all acacia.

inappropriate fire regimes
grazing by rabbits, kangaroos and hares
weed invasion - Bridal Creeper Asparagus asparagoides smothers existing plants and prevents regeneration of seedlings
precarious locations on roadsides increase the risk of damage from vehicles and heavy machinery
