What is the effect of global warming on the ocean bed context to Tsunami and Indira Point?

Answer:
Take a look north to the highest mountain range in the world. These were formed when the tectonic plate upon which India sits crashed into Asia, resulting in this massive uplifting of the Earth's crust.

But I am not being totally accurate. This is not a past event. It is still occurring today. The Himalayas are rising at about 6 cm a year. Man has been around to watch these mountains rise over a kilometer in height!

All of this movement means that India is in a seismically active area, highly susceptible to earthquakes, undersea landslides, and other events that can trigger tsunamis. It also means that several portions of the crust will rise and fall as the plates continue to move. Is this what is happening at Indira point? I'm not sure, but it is a very real possibility.
Global warming is a myth
Tsunami are caused by earth quakes and or massive under water landslides. Global warming has nothing to do with the causes of tsunamis.
Hello,

Scientisis and seismicologists predict that if humans continue to POLLUTE the earth's atmosphere in the current manner and rate.

There would be a severe increase in the affects of Global Warming.

For example, more Floods/Tsunamis,' Earthquakes, Droughts, and Hurricanes worldwide.

Some say this is DOOMS DAY fatalism. But I say vehemently, that this information is as TRUE as it gets.

Probably no connection at all.

But people are discovering all manner of connections between every weather phenomenon, every environmental phenomenon, every human phenomenon, and global warming.

Likely as not they'll be able to find a connection here, as well.
[Edited in: The Ankita Asks You answer following this reply is an excellent example]

Such a connection might exist, provided global warming actually exists. The planet is a matrix of complex relationships between thousands of factors we understand poorly, or not at all.
with the increase in global warming there have been case of melting of ice caps and glaciers
these have led to a worldwide increase in sea-water levels mainly in the coastal regions
thus the submergence of the indira point which happens to be the southernmost point of india is the superb example
Global warming has nothing to do with tsunamis...

tsunamis are an effect of tectonic activity. You'd have to change global temperatures by almost enough to BOIL the oceans to affect that.
