Here's a list of financial incentives for renewables in Oklahoma: http://www.dsireusa.org/library/includes... It doesn't look like there are any state incentives for your plans. However, there are still the federal tax credits. Definitely, go with at least the hot water--payback will come in a year or two, even without tax incentives.
You should ask that question of Senator Inhofe. I doubt it, since he doesn't believe Global Warming exists.

Ok, I'm through rolling on the floor now. Your congressmen don't believe in global warming. Even democrat Dan Boren says that oil drilling is good for wildlife. Good luck, though.
