Are there any good sources for a wind-power power turbine for use in a traditional urban home?

Answer:
Unfortunately, a traditional urban home is not really all that well suited to wind power.

To get real efficiency, you need fairly strong winds. Strong winds usually means having a very tall tower for the wind turbine.

Tall towers need permits and often are not suitable for, or allowed in, residential areas with small lot sizes.
