Is this what George Bush's global warming plan amounts to?
to put this off until after I leave office.
Answer:
That's pretty accurate. It also amounts to:
"Okay okay, stop criticizing me for my efforts to prevent other countries from addressing global warming. Here look, I'm doing something. I'm pulling a shiny quarter out of your ear! Look at the shiny quarter!"
overwhelming ha! you have just as many scientists that say it is not due to humans, but a natural cycle,
the news plainly stated that the 8 conference is going to emit more co2 from all the jets everyone will be using- but don't ask HIM to take a boat! Only Air Force One is good enough for HIM...
Global Warming plan? What Global Warming plan? Is that something going on in Iraq? 'Cause that's the only way Bush would do anything about it.
LOL. I'm surprised he hasn't suggested Iraq as a solution to global warming.
Everybody knows (?) that Global Warming is caused by Islamic terrorists eating heavy meals and not getting enough fresh air. The axis of evil is behind this! Also, that Cheney isn't helping with his "bad gas." The man generates more methanol than a herd of Gurnsies!

Nope.
In the first place, there isn't "overwhelming scientific evidence" that man is having any significant effect on global temperatures.
In the second place, even if we did everything you whackos want, we still wouldn't have much, if any, effect on global temperatures. But we would cripple our economy, lower our standard of living, and cause millions of people to starve.
In the third place, I don't believe in making laws based on a religion.
