I think it's over, in fact, I got mine a couple of days ago. I'm impressed because it's really a nice big canvas tote that can hold quite a bit; I used it yesterday for some Holiday sales! Thanks Yahoo!!! Maybe they'll run in again...
I have not received mine yet, and have not seen the popup lately.
