Is the best solution, improving the economy trade and wealth per person by printing money and giving it to people without children, tax people to reduce minorities, countries, make jobs, educate. Money created or printed, can be distibuted fairly, give to the poor so they can give the rich. Print money for natural disaster medicine, war, global warming. How will your brain survive if the car burns all the oxygen. 400 years age education.

When did it become the responsibility of the "G8" or any nation to prop up the people of another nation? I do not see anything in the US Constitution saying this and I doubt any other nation has such statements in their constitutions.

The people in the third world need to establish government institutions that are conducive to economic development. Printing more money in the developed world will cause inflation and will hurt people in the developed world.
