To answer all of the questions about the tote. Yes it is too late to sign up to get one. The promotional period ended on June 16th. The bag had nothing to do with getting best answers, that prize was the CF light bulbs. The tote was given to the Yahoo users who signed the green pledge and were a level 3 or above.
If you want a tote, don't let the end of the ones from yahoo stop you. You can always still buy a different reusable bag from almost anywhere, or just make your own out of some old canvas or denim.

I got mine a couple of days ago. Now I can use it at the grocery store instead of using plastic bags. There will be less plastic bags at my home now. Thanks Yahoo for the bag! Great idea to get everybody involved.

I received mine yesterday and am really happy with it. I'm definitely going to take it along when I shop. I already have re-usable plastic bags which I've used for over two years at the grocery store, but this will be a nice addition.
I was actually expecting a free CFL bulb, but this is very cool too.
