Recycling when they come around?

I do. but I am getting tired of having stuff left in my bin. One week it was brown glass beer bottles, 3 of them, then they left 4 diet coke cans. I don't get it.

In my city, if your apartment building has 4 units or less (mine has 4), then recycling is part of city service. So I have actually turned down offers to move so I can keep this feature.
I showed my neighbor in apt. 3 what can be recycled, and now on some weeks we fill the blue bin to overflowing, while the trash bins go unfilled.
Whatever the actual difference is that's being done in the end, it just feels good to participate... :)
yep and getting the hubby to do it is hard work.

I recyle. My truck comes by once a week. Makes me mad for as many apts. this city has, none that I know of recyles. We need to.
I do and am feeling very virtuous!! Agree with comment about huby though - very difficult to get him to do it but my 92 year old father is getting very good.
