Mine were stolen so I put my recyclables in a box. I hate thieves

although, i have 2 composters..a blue box & a blue bag.

ive only got one.
Two, one for newspapers,pop and milk bottles and the other for aluminum cans.
Two: one for paper and one for cans and plastic. Corrugated cardboard just sits in a pile by the door until we take it out.
I have one big green one. I mix all my items together including small children, unused paper towels, old tires, used needles, etc.
I'm glad to know that I'm making a difference. GOOOOO TEAM!

We have 3, paper, compost and box for cans/plastic. I also have an extra compost bin at back of house for garden refuse.
Our town provided one, but we use three-four containers a week.

I have one but I live alone.
Two that get put out to the curb every week. But we have three other ones...one is for plastics bottles, another for aluminum cans, and the third is for glass bottles. My five-year-old son has a job to pick up cans, etc. and fill the bins. Then we go to the recycle place, and he gets the money to put in the bank. I figured it's a good way to teach him responsibilities by doing a job and getting paid for it...but most importantly...doing his part to save the Earth!

I have 7 plus a compost pail.
Our family of 5 produces only one grocery bag size of non recyclable trash per week.
The reason for the different bins is that our community wants items sorted; I prefer using different bins for the different recyclables than sorting them out in paper bags which is a waste of resources.
