I work for a company that goes through millions of papers a day. Where i can i recylce them?

see if there is a paper retriever bin in your town or you can request to have a bin for your company so it will be easier for you and others from the company to recycle paper.

instead of throwing them away, you just drop the papers in the bin and they will recycle the paper by making new paper out of it.

since there is one of these bins at my school, i recycle the paper i dont need. and i feel great as well because i dont like throwing away paper for the same reason as you.

Well, that's possibly you're only solution. You could ask friends and co-workers to help you carry the papers to a recycling plant. You need to find out where they are in your area. Look online or call your government and ask questions.
You might call City Hall and/or the Public Works department and ask how they dispose of THEIR paper! From our local city hall, I learned of a free program in which 55 gallon barrels can be placed outside of businesses for paper collection.
Your town may also have a recycling dumpsters available ~ these are commercial dumpsters that are leased from the trash people, but the dumping charge itself is usually waived. Getting your company to pick up the cost of a dumpster rental may be a bit tricky ~ however, once your company gets in the habit of recycling, the non-recycling dumpster will sees less use, which saves money.
have you tried the local school or nurserys they would love free paper to draw on just an idea
Call your local recycle center and tell them whats going on.Then call city hall and see if your city is doing anything to recycle.You will find someone to help I'm sure.
July 21 ,2007 the local boy scouts in glens falls will have a paper drive at td bank north parking lot . They take paper / news paper , flyers and magazines and card board . I'm sure they would love to receive that kind of thing . If this doesn't work for you call the local boy scout office they can tell you were the scouts in your area pick up . Have a great day
Sometimes recycling isnt the best option, that paper may have to travel a long way by road creating pollution allong the way before its recycled. Theres also the issue of security you never know who may read the papers and gain sensitive information about your company. How about a biomass genarator on your company site? It could probably take care of most of your heating needs and provide some reductions to your electricity bills. Only dow side is the set up costs.

Suggest to your company to hire a company that collects recycled paper. The American Society for the Blind distributed bins on each floor of the building I used to work, then come an pick it up. It is tax write off for your company. Our company used to sponsor the company picnic with the proceeds. Giving and giving back.
