Get some of that RAID spray and spray them away! Or a vacuum works too. And if you really want to get rid of them, you'll just have to call an exterminator.
buy those indoor fogging kits from home depot
close your windows and set them off, they kill everything.
i would run around screaming (i have a phobia) and then call for someone else to sort out the problem... i would also consider moving out lol
Bomb your place. We did it today and we got rid of all those damn mosquetos in the house. Go to your local hardware store and ask for a bug bomb. Spiders are bad. I dont care if they eat other bugs.

i would say use bug bomb that's what i us to do, deathly afraid of SPIDERS! , but more Eco friendly, of course depending on how you feel about, and living situation, get a lizard hell take care of all of them and roaches too.
Buy some bug repellent spray. They also have these bug bombs that wipe out all little icky animals, including spiders. You just set them off while you'll be gone for a while. Spray all open cracks that these spiders can be getting in through. Also you might want to have your boyfriend check to see if all the cracks in the walls are sealed..if not have him ** them wish sealant.
You absolutely need to hire an exterminator.

Osage Hedgeballs a.k.a. Hedgeapples or Stickyballs. They can be found at the local grocer. If he does not have them ask him to order them. They are natural repellents.Good luck!

Get you boyfriend and have a stomping spider contest. The one who stomps the most spiders wins something. You two decide what the prize shall be.
omg all the killing! as long as it doesnt look like its gonna jump at me (as was the case w a scary/cute red n black jumping spider recently, as well as a tarantula looking thing, both at work) i will take a glass and place it over the spider, or whatever bug, and slide a heavy cardstock paper under to capture spidey, then let him loose a few yards from the door. if they look like they wanna get me i call in someone else to deal with it. then afterward it is fun to try n id the spider online after and see if it is dangerous :)
Ewwwwwwww! I hate bugs! I would bomb your apt hun, we had to do that because of bees in our attic, it worked. The thing is with that, no one can be home for like a whole day so it would take some major planning. I will watch the pup if you need me too :o)

Anyway check your moldings for cracks and or nests and sweep away whatever you find.
Call an exterminator and have them inspect the place and follow their advice. Killing individual spiders isn't the solution, you have an infestation.
Living on the ground level is part of the problem, so you might want to move to another place because bugs come in ground level dwellings much more than dwellings above ground level.

I personally LOVE spiders. But I understand why you would want to get rid of them. I agree with the person that suggested an Iguana. Let it run around snacking on the critters. If you don't like lizards then get yourself a cat or a cockatiel, they love to eat spiders too and they're a lot more cuddly n loveable than a lizard. Just saying :)

They must still be eating something. Find out what, and once you have dealt with it, those left won't be able to live there any more. Our cat like chasing/eating spiders which might give you another way of dealing with them.
Spiders are good for environment, but I understand that some people cannot stand them.
