global climate change is real.
it has been ongoing for millennia.
does mankind have an impact on it, sure. but that impact is minimal.
do the solar cycles have an impact on it, definitely, and that impact is infinitely more than mankind's. according to NASA, Mars is experiencing 'global warming' also, and i seriously doubt if anything mankind has done has caused that to occur.
droughts, floods, snows & wind currents all come and go over time. they always seem most dramatic while they are occuring, but i would hazard to say that if we wait 50 or 100 years and look back, what is going on right now will not be too out of the ordinary pattern of things.
people make outrageous claims about mankind's impact on the enviornment & global climate change as well, and when their dire predictions do not come true, they change their story & their models to fit what they want to believe.
IF species are dying out, isn't that what survival of the fittest is all about. Look at the fossil records, species come and go. I personally think evolution (meaning going from 1 species to another over a vast amount of time) is a flawed theory that is continually dumbed down and pumped to the masses to fuel hysteria, but if it were true, isn't is a good thing that those species that cannot adapt/evolve die off so that there is more space/resources on the planet for those that are able to survive?

i don't believe so cause their were hotter times a while ago and some cooler times so i don't believe so and we haven't past the heat record so far
Yes global warming is real and it is melting Alaska at this very moment! I was in REACH in school and I did a whole lesson on it. Many tribes from Alaska are being forced to move and change their ways. If they were used to the coldness and all the ice is melting, they will need to adjust to the warm weather. :( Im not sure if it will cause a drought because Southeastern US is already pretty dry.

YES it's real; YES there is also a natural shift, but there is no way that would be happening as quickly as it is if we as humans weren't destroying the planet; YES, droughts are part of it.

Polar bears live in cold icy places. For most of the year they live and hunt on frozen artic sea ice. But The polar bears world is melting. Studies show that the permanent polar ice has declined by 9.8 percent every 10 years since 1978. scientists blame global warming for the shrinking of polar ice, and the Climate change is harming polar bear populations. the whole world is talking about global warming and the effect of it. We are trying to put polar bears under in the endangered species act on its red list of threatened species. Over the next 4 years polar bears populations could fall 30 percent!

Here are some ways to help all the animals we love and enjoy. Once you leave the room or building turn off all lights. If you have something plugged into the wall take it out even if its not turned on. Instead of relying on lights to see open the blinds to the windows for a change. Pollution is a big part of the problem. So plant trees and flowers.
If you do not have the space in your neighborhood to plant trees get some pots and plant some beautiful flowers they are a joy to look at and they help this world breath. Use bikes for transportation. We can all do good in this world. Now stop reading this article and help out the universe.

Sadly, yes it is. B-cause of stupid people using dangerous chemicals in their cleaning supplies, fires, and car exhaust. People re starting not to care about the environment around us. B-cause of this our precious o-zone layer is being destroyed. Global warming is why there are droughts, floods, and rapidly changing weather. U can help by using organic cleaning and hair supplies, corn fuel, and environment-safe hairsprays. (only if u use it) If every one helped by doing these simple things, it wouldn't b so bad. At my house we do most of that. Ask ur guardian if its OK to get those few things. By doing this we'll help the animals AND the environment.

oh yes it's real. Global warming has changed the Rain forest, the deserts, caused unpresedented melting in the polar ice caps, and the near extinction of so many animals, and depletions of very important natural resources. These so called natural disasters that are being experienced all over the world in such record numbers are (I believe) the direct and indirect result of global warming. Because it is so gradual and hasn't had the visual impact to make believers of everyone, many people refuse to accept the fact that this is a primary factor in the climate changes, It's like they will have to be knocked out before admitting that when the fist is closed the blow is more powerful than the open hand.
Everything in our world is connected in one way or another.
And there is a dominoe effect.

It's wrong to attribute any specific weather in any specific area to global warming. All we know is that , in the long run, that area is likely to see less rain because of global warming.

Global warming's not real those that claim that GW is real ask them why don't they walk or ride a bike? Also ask them why don't they recycle and ask them where was the SUV's back in th e1930's?
warming is real, cooling is real,, it all happens. People think that if you don't believe that humans are causing global warming that you are somhow against the environment. I'm not. I'm all for having clean air and all the animals to have thier habitats. But I don't think that we are causing the globe to warm up. I don't think we can even if we wanted to. The earth itself produces more greenhouse gas then we could produce on our own. What would happen thousands of years ago when forest fires would burn for decades. and oil and tar pits burn burn for hundreds of years. Then valcanos and gas vents from the earth. I hate the global warming movment because I think it's a way for people to make money off of the fear of others. But maybe we need to scare people into acting right. Maybe it's the only way. So if it will make you stop driving these giant STUPID cars and truck and go back to more sensible vehicles. Then IT'S REAL!!

Yes,global warming is real. It is caused by us(humans).Global warming caused a huge hole in the ozone layer and now we have to suffer for what we've done like hot weather.
What is global warming? It's hard to determine whether something is real or not, when we haven't even defined what real is. People talk about a consensus on what is causing global warming, but we don't even have consensus on what it is.
And how do we then make the jump to a claimed consensus on a solution to the "problem"?
