Rich countries will be a lot poorer. They had to spend a lot of money moving people away from the coast and replacing things that couldn't be moved. Also constructing massive irrigation systems and moving crops around.
In poor countries a lot of people (not all) are dead of starvation because of damage to agriculture. More here:

About the same as it is now. There is a warming going on. Over time it will be followed by a cooling, which in turn will be followed by yet another warming and so on. There is nothing to panic about. The world as we know it will not end. We are not all going to perish as a result of this warming trend. Just about everything we understand to date has a pattern. This wave pattern occurs often in nature, including ocean waves, sound waves, and light waves.All of these can be graphed or illustrated with a sine wave, and as a result can then be monitored and analyzed. In the case of global temperature we just don't have enough accurate data yet to ''plot'' a pattern which would help us predict coming changes. Don't forget, the only accurate recorded data we have dates back only about 100 years, everything else is just theories and guesswork.
It won't be here If we don't take the initiative now to help change the planet.
If nothing's done the world will be in bad shape in terms of supporting life. Sea levels will be at least 20 feet higher due to the melting of the Greenland Ice Sheet, and possibly 80 feet higher due to the melting of Antarctice ice sheets as well. This will make hundreds of millions of people homeless, since the majority of humans live near water.
Droughts, heat waves, and floods will be commonplace. So will other extreme weather events like super-hurricanes which make Katrina look like a joke.
Because of all this, humanity's entire purpose will be to stop emitting greenhouse gases. Nothing else will matter, because their survival depends on it. It's a very grim picture, and I suggest you read Joseph Romm's "Hell and High Water" because it discusses this very issue in further detail from an expert's perspective.

If you keep on making ethanol from our food supply you won't have to worry about 70 years from now. There will be a revolution worse than the French one or everyone will starve.
There will be another ice age.Since the north and south poles are falling apart they will be much closer to the equator that will be freezing the land. Like poster 4 said it will be a pattern hot;cold;hot;cold. the first hot is when the earth was being created; lava and magma. Cold was next, full of frozen land and ice. we are now in the 2nd hot, normal land and normal water.But since we are entering the 2nd cold we got stronger weather.
As you saw the first and second hot were changing lava into normal land and normal water the world is not turning cruel it is becoming better for us.
Unless we are not done with going into the 2nd hot were it will be hotter with lava and the world is not changing for our better lives.
another possibility is that hurricanes and cold weather caused by global warming is also against global warming

2. More then half of the population would be gone and we would basiclly have to start all over again
3. California, New York and other places would be underwater, the world would be in turmoil and America would proabaly be poor.
