No because it is the treatment & supply of water that costs. Stick some buckets out & collect it yourself.
What you pay for is the treatment of the water like sewerage and drainage. But i thought this earlier today when my garden was 2 feet under water!!
Unfotunately our water companies have been taken over by foreigners and they have the priority of making money. They were ours to start with and then the Government sold them off. Mr Blair was proud of the fact that foreign companies were able to buy our utilities.
Not if the moguls lining their pockets have anything to do with it! This 'service' turned into a profitable endeavor a long time ago.

Most of there charges is for pumping and repair. Sense the electrical has gone up the water will increase also.
no they will probably come out with some rubbish about having to repair rain/flood damage pipes and whatever when we really know its because the chairman wants to buy another yacht

Apart from that the quality of rain water is becoming very suspect

In Mexico people are forced to drink contaminated water ,knowing they will get sick ,because the alternative is to die from thirst ,this happens also in China ,India and Africa
